Agreement to terms
By accessing or using PlotSight, you agree to these terms. If you use PlotSight on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
The service
PlotSight offers tools for land-related verification, intelligence, scoring, reporting, and optional document or title-search workflows. Features may change, and some capabilities depend on data availability, third-party systems, or your plan.
Not legal or surveying advice
PlotSight is a software and information layer to support due diligence. It is not a substitute for advice from qualified solicitors, surveyors, valuers, or other licensed professionals, and it does not create a client relationship. You remain responsible for your land, legal, and commercial decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to bypass security, scrape the product in violation of our policies, upload unlawful content, or use PlotSight in a way that could harm others or overload systems.
Your content
You retain rights to materials you submit (including survey plans and site data). You grant PlotSight the rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Outputs may depend on incomplete or changing source data; we do not warrant that results are error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PlotSight and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (if none) a nominal amount, except where limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by law.
